At Good Pizza, we work hard to find the best produce sourced locally – almost all our vegetables come direct from farms in western Sydney, and our cheese is from local producers. Our ethos is to be unique and innovative while remaining true to the traditional Napoli-style preparation methods.
We use fior di latte cheese – a soft cow’s cheese that melts beautifully and is perfect for pizza, it is widely regarded as the purest form of mozzarella. Our pizza sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the foothills of Mt Vesuvius, which give them a robust tomato flavor.
Only the finest ingredients and the best care is put into every dish. We genuinely believe that the love and quality is evident in our food, and we know you will taste the difference!
